1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to this website, its content, and purchases made from Formhaven Works LLC (“Formhaven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using the website, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked in the footer. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted when your order is placed applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.

The website is intended for customers who can legally enter into a purchase contract. If you order on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. You are responsible for supplying accurate contact, delivery, and billing details.

2. Products and information

We aim to describe materials, dimensions, finishes, compatibility, and care instructions accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and natural material variation can affect appearance. Product photographs and illustrations are for reference; the description and selected options identify what is included. Features shown in design studies, renders, or workspace examples are not part of a product unless stated on that product's listing.

We may correct an error in a listing, availability, description, or price. If an error materially affects an order already submitted, we will contact you before fulfilling the affected item and offer a correction or cancellation with a refund as applicable. Product availability is subject to stock and is not guaranteed until we accept an order.

3. Ordering and payment

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock. The cart form prepares an order summary on your screen. This browser-only form does not transmit an order to us or collect payment. Send the summary to the contact email shown on the site; we will contact you at the email you provide once we receive your message to confirm availability and arrange the payment method you selected. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, suspected misuse, an evident pricing error, or delivery limitations. If we have separately received payment for an order we cancel, we will arrange a refund.

Prices are displayed in USD and standard US delivery is included. The cart displays the selected products and their total, but it does not charge you or submit them to our team. Card and PayPal are payment preferences you can include in an order summary. We will explain how to complete payment in later correspondence. Never send card numbers, security codes, or PayPal passwords through the site or contact form. Any change to the product total will be communicated for your agreement before payment.

4. Shipping, delivery, and risk

We currently accept online orders for US delivery addresses. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address and responding to delivery requests from the carrier. See our Shipping Terms for processing, tracking, and delays.

Risk of loss passes as required by applicable law. If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and identify an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Returns and order problems

Our Refund Policy explains eligibility, how to request a return, and how refunds are issued. Inspect your delivery promptly and tell us about incorrect, missing, or damaged items. Do not send an item to the company address without receiving return instructions; the return destination may differ.

6. Site conduct and content

You may use the website for lawful shopping and information. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms its operation, or use it to infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access if reasonably necessary to protect the site, our customers, or our business.

The website design, text, diagrams, product names, imagery, and other content are owned by Formhaven or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view them for personal use in connection with shopping. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written authorization. Third party names remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Third party services and links

The site is hosted on server infrastructure and orders may be delivered by shipping carriers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when they handle information for these purposes. We are not responsible for the operation of a third party website outside our control. Contact us if a problem with an order involves one of our service providers, and we will assist where reasonably possible.

8. Warranties and liability

We provide the website on an “as available” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We do not promise that every item is suitable for every workspace or device. Product warranties, if any, will be stated on the relevant listing or in writing. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or an order. Our aggregate liability relating to a product claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where that limit is prohibited by law. These limitations do not restrict non-waivable statutory rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky, United States, without giving effect to conflict of law rules, subject to mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live. Before filing a claim, please contact us with the order number and a description of the issue so we have an opportunity to resolve it. If a dispute proceeds, the courts with jurisdiction in Kentucky may hear it, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.

If any term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. A failure to enforce one term is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with the policies referenced here and the agreed order details and payment instructions, form the agreement for a purchase.
